THe CHarleston Marine Life Center

Located in Charleston, Oregon, the Charleston Marine Life Center is a small marine life center (not an aquarium!) attached to the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology. Allen Hall Advertising was hired to draw tourists in from surrounding areas, specifically parents with children aged 5-12 who live within an hour of Charleston.

My copy wasn’t chosen for the final campaign but my work lives on.

Placemats

We designed placemats designed to be distributed to local restaurants within an hour of Charleston. We were particularly hoping to catch families who may be visiting the coast and looking for an easy, free activity after lunch or those who had been rained out of their day at the beach and were looking for an indoor way to spend their afternoon.
